The Fireplace Store at Benson Stone

We recently had to replace our fireplace. Ended up selecting one from Benson Stone in Rockford. Liam the sales associate was so helpful and professional helping us select the perfect unit for our replacement. Liam also walked us through all the details of how it would be replaced without much disruption to our existing space. Dale and his crew did a fantastic job. As Liam mentioned to use, there was no disruption. The construction and installation phase was fast, professional, clean, and they would not leave until they knew we were completely satisfied. I just had to write and let you know what a positive experience I had with Benson Stone from the start. It was a pleasure working with Kenna and Liam. Liam’s input when looking at the various inserts was helpful when making the final choice. Fred and Aaron transferred my wood burning fireplace to gas. They were respectful, hardworking and patient when I did have a question. Before they left Fred gave me a short tutorial on how to operate the fireplace, which I very much appreciated. We recently had a fireplace install from Benson Stone Company and couldn’t be happier. From our initial consultation with Jonathan who helped us pick out the perfect fireplace to meeting with Rodney for measurements and planning the install. We then had Fred and Phil do a perfect install, very professional and so friendly and nice to work with. Phil and Aaron then came back to do our beautiful stone and mantle, which had been custom painted by Rodney. We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end and wouldn’t hesitate to use Benson Stone Co in the future.

I couldn’t be happier with my gas fireplace conversion. I live in an old home and no work seems to go as planned. Except for the fireplace! The installer Phil is a treasure-very customer service oriented. And he left my fireplace cleaner than he found it.
