I called and spoke to Jeni who was very helpful and friendly. She asked questions to make sure I needed their services before occurring any charges. After finding out that it was the Well issue, they promptly came out first thing in the morning and took care of the issue. They were great with communication and keeping me informed on what was going on. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs well. Service done.
I called the office because I had no water at the farm so they sent Josh and Eddie to do the repair and discovered the pressure tank and switch needed replacing. Less than an hour later the water was flowing. Very professional and excellent service. Nice guys, too! We have relied on Huemann Well both at the farm and our house for more than 47 years.
My wife and I live in Crystal Lake, in fact going on 40 years this July. We have used Huemann & Sons for all our well needs from the beginning and have always had awesome service. Our well went out on Monday, the 19th of January and we were back in business by Wednesday, 2 days later with a new pump, bladder tank, etc. Their tech Will was outstanding, explaning everything to us and the repairs necessary to put our system back in service. It's great to know that there are still service companies out there that care about their customers. I won't trust anyone else with our water needs!
Pump on our well went out very early in the morning. Called Huemann and within two hours had Josh on site repairing. We were fixed within a few hours on a Sunday morning! Thank you for being so customer focused. Highly recommend this company.
