I bought a Recordable Refrigerator Magnet as a Special Gift for someone. You're supposed to be able to specialize it, by downloading a personal message or text onto the magnet. I tried for 3 days and used 3 different computers, and still could not get the mp3 to load on the magnet properly. My Gal Pal recommended I try Geek Squad but after a quick research on Google, I found ProGate Computer & Printing (I rode by it a few times as it sits parallel to Orchard Lake Road). When I went inside, Dan greeted me promptly (as he was working with another customer). When he finished assisting the gentleman before me, he asked how he could assist me? He was friendly and listened to my issue and quickly went into action. Dan had me email him the mp3 file that I wanted to play on the magnet. He downloaded the mp3 clip to the magnet (which was a sentimental personalized gift for someone close), and it played flawlessly! What's even more impressive is that Dan said he had never seen one of these products before, yet he got the mp3 sound bite loaded to the magnet (something I fought to try to upload for days, Dan handled in about 15 minutes)! I literally teared up, and Dan was so compassionate. I truly appreciated his knowledge, his customer service, his kindness, and his extremely humble pricing. I'll be sending him new customers, and I'll be back with my older DEAD laptop. Dan said he can bring some LIFE back to it, and then my G'Babies can use as a secondary computer when they visit me. My recommendation is to bypass the over pricing computer/electronic spots, and do yourself a favor and direct your business to Dan. I brought in my laptop after not being able to get it to run for months, not having it was a huge inconvenience. My mom did some extensive research and found Dan from Progate who got outstanding reviews, we took it in to him. The reviews did not mislead or disappoint, Dan really came through for me! He was very helpful and friendly, and kept me updated on everything. He got the issue fixed, and I didn’t have to wait very long at all, he took care of it in such a timely manner. Not only did he fix the issue I had, he also cleaned up inside and cleared out the fan, now it runs like new! When I got the bill I was shocked, such fair pricing, not too steep and definitely affordable! If I ever have another computer issue, I will be going back, and I recommend you all do if you run into an issue as well.
