Profetta Overhead Garage Doors

I hired Profetta for another job. This company is awesome! Thank you Michael for fixing the garage door locks. ---------------------------------------- THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Lou was awesome. He fixed the issue I was having with my garage opener. I had 2 other installers try to fix it earlier and they were not able to. I highly recommend Profetta. They are very professional, from job scheduling (Rob) to the actual appointment. I had to reschedule due to conflicts and they were very accomodating.

Rob is highly competent and professional, and he also has a lot of patience. I ask a lot of questions, and he kindly answered all of my questions and explained everything. I've owned my home for over 15 years and never had trouble with my garage. Last week one of the springs broke and I saw a Profetta sticker on the inside of the garage door - left there by the previous home owners. I called Profetta and they were at my home the same day to replace the spring. The technician was friendly and polite and the price was very reasonable. When it's finally time to replace the door, we will definitely be going with Profetta. Thanks!
