The first time we contacted Precision, a gentleman came out same day, fixed the problem with the garage door and came back within 48 hrs to replace the door opener. This time, our old garage door needed replacement. A young gentleman came out next day, assessed the problem, ordered what he needed and was here next business day to replace the door and tracks. He did a great job. Both of our experiences with this company have been great. The people have been kind, courteous, attentive , and we are satisfied customers. Very grateful to them.
