Ron replaced our garage door spring. He was very informative as well as professional. He explained what he was doing and what to expect in the future. The bill was very reasonable. Not only would we recommend Precision Door Service but we will use no other company.

The first time we contacted Precision, a gentleman came out same day, fixed the problem with the garage door and came back within 48 hrs to replace the door opener. This time, our old garage door needed replacement. A young gentleman came out next day, assessed the problem, ordered what he needed and was here next business day to replace the door and tracks. He did a great job. Both of our experiences with this company have been great. The people have been kind, courteous, attentive , and we are satisfied customers. Very grateful to them.

Very quick response and was able to get an appointment in less than 16 hours from when my door stopped working. There was an earlier opening and the technician Z came out and assessed the problem and walked through all the options with me. He was sure to point out any items that may need attention without being pushy. Very efficient and professional and would absolutely use them again!
