I recently had this company come out to repair a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. They arrived on time and were pleasant to work with. They located the leak inside the wall beneath the sink and completed the repair for $706.37, which seemed quite high for the scope of the job. Additionally, they left a mess behind that I had to clean up myself, and they attempted to sell me two sink drains for an additional $470.00. Instead, I purchased two quality drains from a local hardware store for $40.00 and installed them myself. I also have to close the wall back up myself. Based on this experience, I would recommend exercising caution when working with large, well-known plumbing, electrical, and HVAC companies, as the pricing may be significantly higher than expected.

Very please with the actual work that was completed. Very disappointed in the price. $1100 to stop a toilet from leaking and repair a small leak on the water pump was a bit extreme. Also left behind a mess on the floor, my sink, and bathtub. Some sort or tar substance that was hard to remove in a few places. Also a ripple in the linoleum that wasn’t there before. It would also be nice to have an invoice for the $1100 I paid for the repair. They were extremely timely and engaged - I’ll say that. Also there is about a 2 inch screw sticking up from where they mounted the toilet back. Hard to cover that up.

Ben the service technician was great! He was very professional; punctual, friendly, neat, and he knew exactly what to do! He completed the job in a very timely manner also.much more quickly than I imagined! I purchased an electric range for our little downstairs kitchen, and it would not fit into its space between the wall and the counter because of an issue with the location of the socket. Been relocated the outlet and voila!!!! It now fits perfectly! I’m elated with the results! I have more electrical work that needs to be done and I’ll definitely call Pro Plumbing Air and Electric!
