Very disappointed with the way this company handled our situation. Called the a week ago asking for Septic Service. They scheduled us for today after postponing the original appointment due to weather which is understandable. They gave us a 7 hour window for a tech to show up. After spending all day home, we were told the tech was on his way and will arive in 20 minutes. I waited in my driveway and after 30 minutes saw the driver pass our house. I waited another 20 minutes, thinking it might be another driver will come by. When no one showed up, I called the office and I was told they wont service us because there some snow in our driveway! I understand if you dont want a take a chance with your truck, my problem is not that you dont want service us. We told you about the snow in our driveway long before the truck showed up! My problem is lack of communication to your customers! Very poor customer service! Communication with your customers must be your number one priority. Don't recommend them!

I had to replace a septic tank pump and of course that means going without much water use in your home while you might wait for help in this day and age. Fortunately with these guys they worked diligently to get me back in operation as quickly as possible. But the most refreshing part of the whole experience for me was dealing with their office staff who was cheerful, friendly and really went out of their way to try to find a way to help us as soon as possible. These are just good people running a good business. I recommend them.

An upstairs toilet had a failure of the plastic screw piece that screws into the tank. Unfortunately, do not know how long water was spewing from the failure area, but luckily a neighbor noticed water coming out under my garage door. I was away, but a neighbor had a key to the house and entered and was able to turn off the water access at the toilet. Transou’s came out and didn’t take long to see and fix the problem. Daniel was very professional and explained everything. Very happy with their service. A detailed was report was given in order to send to my insurance company. Thank you Daniel and Transou’s!
