Horribly expensive and takes a very long time to get film developed, could go elsewhere for half the price and half the processing time not to mention the photo quality is not great. Almost laughable that they charge $25 just to "assess" what's wrong with your camera even if you tell them what the issue is, and that's not including the probably exorbitant cost to fix it. These prices are not feasible long term, just saying. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I got my photos developed by them and they were HORRIBLE. For $25/roll I was expecting decent quality photos. They were so pixelated and the colors were so off. Also, I had an issue with my analogue camera and they didn’t know what wrong with it. I do understand that this is expertise based but I’ve walked into camera shops in china town in NYC where they’ve cracked open my camera and fixed the same issue in 2 mins at no cost. It just makes such a difference when the staff are comfortable with cameras and are clearly very knowledgeable. I’ve gotten rolls developed for $12-$15 dollars in New York with such outstanding quality so this was just devastating esp since it’s double the price.

Honestly, everyone I interacted with over the last 2,3 days in terms of getting my equipment fixed, cleaned answering questions. They honestly went above and beyond really took care of me. Made sure that everything went smoothly from drop off to pick up! Honestly, Larson and the rest of the people at Pro Photo are the pinnacle of customer service and if you are looking for a good prices, good products and good people. There is no better place to go in terms of getting your camera serviced and getting camera equipment than Pro Photo, DC inside of western market!
