He answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I fully understood the scope of work. I never felt rushed or pressured — just well informed. He represented the company very well.

We cannot say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing. They replaced our main sewer line and went above and beyond in every possible way. Their crew was respectful, thoughtful, and the hardest-working group we’ve ever had at our home. They dealt with one of the worst sewer lines they’ve probably ever seen and never once cut corners. They worked through every challenge and kept us informed the entire time. They even dug up flowers and trees with care and replanted a tree when they were finished. And now we have the most perfectly working sewer line ever! Top-notch work and even better people. Highly highly recommend!!

Pristine was able to send someone out right away to replace a kitchen faucet that was inoperable due to lime buildup. It was a straight shot, no upselling various other things. In other words, I was heard. Love this company and will continue to give them my business.
