They came out to our new property and did a septic scope for us. They arrived on time and completed there work and gave us the report the same day. I highly recommend them if you ever need a sewer scope or plumbing job .

Prime Plumbing went above & beyond what was required for our repair. We had leaking faucet that could have been repaired witha simple part. However. Prime matched up the repair part with our other hardware. It was not requested of them they just did it thinking it was a better repair which we agreed. This company is top notch when it comes to customer service.

Hayden Lair was our technician. He went straight to work, detected the problem and spent quite a bit of time checking to see what needed to be done next. It was initially thought that our toilet tank could be replaced but the model is no longer in existence. It was determined that the entire toilet had to be replaced and Hayden stayed on the phone for quite some time to see if the replacement could be covered by our warranty. Thank you, Hayden for all of your work. I truly appreciated how friendly and professional you were.
