Josh was wonderful, my wife did everything to try and fix this herself. A new thermal coupler and gas valve and still nothing, ended up being a blown fuse. I was going to do a 4 star bcus he didn’t have the fuse for my Rheem water heater however, he stated this company doesn’t allow them to carry this part and must be ordered as needed. Bcus he was so helpful and so knowledgeable im rating them 5 star. My wife was able to rig the fuse temporarily and waiting on the part to replace the rigged one. Mr.water heater should be very grateful to have him representing their company.
