Ordered a part through a broker, Gille Auto was the seller. I just got off the phone with Paula, asking for some advise on dealing with the broker. Paula as so sweet, she gave me several tidbits of advise, then she continued looking into the issue after our first call and called me back with more information. Everyone needs a Paula! Thank you!

My wife and daughter were driving across the country and had white splatter in their engine bay. Being 1000 miles away I couldn’t do anything but could only guess it was coolant and a possible water pump or hose issue. I called Gille Auto (based on these reviews) and they told me to have her come by and they’d get on it right away, but a water pump would be a day or two (no pump for her Prius in town). My wife said she drove in, popped the hood, and they came out and wiped up some of the splatter with his fingers. Felt it, and asked if they’d hit some big puddles. They had driven through Glacier National Park in the rain the day before. He said it was mud, not coolant. Coolant levels were fine. No leaks. He walked away and refused payment. I can’t tell you how much of a kind act this was. The honesty, consideration, and quick response was a huge blessing for us. Thank you!
Don't buy an engine from here! I bought one with a 105,000 miles spent a lot of money on a business to put it in and to be told the engine is no good. So I wasted 450 on a engine that is absolutely no good and the price of labor for a mechanic to put it in! That's what they sell people.
