I called because I had questions regarding some parts that I need for my garage door. When I called, a dispatch company received my call and was less than competent regarding my request. I asked several times to speak with a person that knows about garage door parts and the dispatcher tried repeatedly to just schedule an appointment and then hung up on me. She did this after getting frustrated with my request to speak to someone who knows about garage door parts. I have no idea if this company is good or not but I do know that the dispatch agency, who is the primary contact, should be better trained in customer service. Very poor representation of the company.

He was super friendly, explained the issue (a broken spring), and had it fixed quickly. He also checked the opener and gave me tips on how to keep the door in good condition. It’s been running smoothly ever since. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for better service — fast, friendly, and fair prices.
