I called because I had questions regarding some parts that I need for my garage door. When I called, a dispatch company received my call and was less than competent regarding my request. I asked several times to speak with a person that knows about garage door parts and the dispatcher tried repeatedly to just schedule an appointment and then hung up on me. She did this after getting frustrated with my request to speak to someone who knows about garage door parts.
