I could tell something was going on with my pressure tank and wanted it checked asap before it turned into a more serious issue. I called Prairie State Water Systems and they came out same day to fix the problem! Steve was very knowledgeable and professional. I 100% would recommend this company!
Prairie State water service got us out of a sticky situation. The owner came out personally to discuss our options. He didn’t hide behind his employees he takes charge of the situation and owns it. We talked to several people and other companies who highly recommended Prairie State. I wish he would’ve been our first and only choice! No matter what your situation is with your well or your water or plumbing Prairie State should be your number one stop. No tricks no lies. I highly recommend Prairie State.
We chose Praire State based on a recommendation from our plumber. We needed to improve the overall quality of our water. We opted to shock our well, replace medium in one of our filtering tanks, add a uv light, and also install an RO system for drinking water. The well was shocked first and 2 days later they had 4 workers here, including their best (Steve and Ben), to quickly complete the work. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
A big big thank you to Prairie State Water Systems, Inc. For being quick and efficient in getting our water fixed! Our pressure pump and jet pump went out later Saturday night and they were able to get the parts ordered and get our water back on in a little over a day! Even over the weekend and in between the holiday season they were great! Give them a call if you ever need well work done! You will not be disappointed!
