Excellent service, drove 2hours to have my 1994 Kirby assessed and received instant service opening the machine and quickly diagnosing the issues. Received a proper education on what the cause is, replaced worn parts, had all parts needed plus extra belts and bags. Wonderful small business owner who knows customer service, his products, last of his kind!
Motor in roller was shot! He had one in stock! Replaced it in 10 minutes! Almost half the price Of the other shop , which Was going to take a week!! Diagnosed, Fixed, Paid!! In and out in less than 20 minutes!👍
My vacuum needed a new motor and I was quoted a very reasonable price up front. It was then determined that the vacuum could not be fixed because the posts ( where the screws go) had been damaged beyond repair. A couple of days later, Divine intervention happened. Someone was trading in a vacuum and it just so happened that the base (including motor casing) could be used on my vacuum. It was repaired and I still only paid the original price quoted. I would definitely recommend P&R. I world give them 6 stars if I could.
I went to P&R Vacuum to see if they could help me with an issue I was having with my vacuum, the belt had melted and the roller was damaged. I had been searching online with no luck, but then I decided to stop by their store, and I’m so glad I did! The service was excellent, truly A1. They had all the parts I needed for my Bissell vacuum and the owner provided great advice and guidance. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended! After the repair, my vacuum works even better than when it was new! I added a picture before repairing it!!
Took my dyson in because it was 13 years old and didn't seem to be as powerful as it used to be. I primarily used it to clean out my car. It was quickly identified that one of the hoses needed replacement and there was a rubber gasket missing both causing loss of pressure. I just tested it and it works better than it has in years. I should have done this sooner. The service was extremely economical.
