The gentleman at Mars are truly top-notch. They have great products and we’ve loved our cordless Riccar upright vac from the day we bought it several years ago. They keep it ship shape and are a wonderful resource for our neighborhood. Reasonably priced, very friendly and they know their products! You will not find this Quality in the big box stores.
I thought I would have to go out to Shenandoah, TX to get my Dyson 10 repaired. Located Mars online, went by, and found the owner and staff to be knowledgeable and ready to help. After diagnosing the problem, they told me they could get a fix for the vacuum. I left it there, and they even finished the work before expected. My vacuum works like a charm again, and I am really happy with the service. I will definitely be back in the future if any issues arise!
Amazing work my Dyson is better then brand new and very reasonable price plus guys their working are so helpful and knowledgeable. Cleaned up motor New battery better then OEM with warranty. Cracks repaired
I took my Dyson vacuum in for service and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, explained everything clearly, and the prices were fair and honest. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!
