My Onkyo AVR failed just before Christmas and shortly after purchase, Onkyo had me send it to APM in Houston. I did as instructed and followed up with a phone call to APM. The person who answered the phone informed me that they had received it that same day and would check it in that afternoon. She also told me that they were about two weeks out and that it probably would not be diagnosed before Christmas which was understandable to me. I didn't bother them after the Christmas holidays assuming that they had to order parts then just after the first of the year it shows up! I am very pleased...
