Anything to do with canister vacuums you can't do better than Steve. He has a ton of stuff in his shop, he's extremely helpful, friendly, more than fair, and focused on customer service. I went in with a 2012 Miele vacuum that the rug attachment beater bar would not work. He grabbed new parts for the vacuum and swapped them out to troubleshoot the problem. We determined it was the hose and the top cover of the vacuum where the hose connects that were both bad. I asked him what it would cost for the new parts. He said $180 for the hose and $150 for the cover, or I can sell you a new one for $1,000 out the door. While I was thinking about my choices he said, hold on, and he went to the back. He came out with a cover for my vacuum that he said came off a junked vacuum he had in the back. He put it on mine to see if it worked, and it did. Then he said, "I'll tell you what, buy the hose and I'll give you the cover." Done. So I'm out the door with a working vacuum for under $200 when he could have got me to spend at least another $150. He cares more about taking care of his customers than making every last buck. That is true customer service. I won't go anyplace else for anything vacuum. Thanks Steve.
