I appreciated how respectful and organized the technician was, everything was checked thoroughly and the recommendations made sense, the system feels more efficient already.

As a return customer I complained about the way the filter for my unit was in a kit that David said they had to buy. The kit has a part in it that my unit does not use and checking online that part costs $110. David said they don't buy online because they may buy the wrong part. He suggested I get someone else to fix my unit since I complained about them selling me a kit with a $110 part in it that I can't use. I am 81 years old and as a repeat customer (many years) I would recommend that any senior citizen use someone else before they are also dropped or sold parts that are not in thier unit.
