Took three visits to seal the roof. Leaked worse after first 2 attempts. On 3 rd visit sealed the leak problem but cracked my siding. It was only 2 years old. Large crack that is easily visible from the ground. 4 April 2025. 2 weeks short of a year since work done. Supervisor came out in December and stated he’d come back and do repair and clean tape marks off siding. Problem still remains and no contact from company. I do not recommend using this company
We contracted with Johnson Roofing to replace our damaged roof. They were extremely professional and did an OUTSTANDING job. They took extra care in protecting our property and landscape during the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof. I highly recommend Johnson Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.
The Johnson Roofing team provided excellent customer service from the first visit (when Mr. Billy Johnson himself climbed on top our high, steep roof to assess the damage) throughout the entire process. They worked with our insurance estimate to correct and eventually secure additional funds that more accurately reflected real replacement costs. The work was completed professionally, quickly and on budget. Thanks to everyone at Johnson Roofing!
Johnson Roofing does great quality work. I loved the quick response time with setting up an appointment to assess my roof for the estimate process. The workers are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, go above and beyond. Prices are great and they have a variety of options. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
