We had a fantastic experience with Plumb-Rite and Jake’s team. Our water heater suddenly needed to be replaced while we were in the middle of getting our house ready for appraisal. Jake and his team came out the very same day to check everything out and were able to replace the water heater that same day as well. Their quick response and willingness to help on such short notice made a huge difference for us. They were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with throughout the whole process. It was clear they cared about getting the job done right while also helping us stay on track with our home appraisal timeline. We’re incredibly grateful for how quickly they were able to help and would absolutely recommend Plumb-Rite and Jake’s team to anyone needing reliable plumbing work!

I have used Plump Rite for a number of issues over the years. Most recently, I asked them to do some proactive maintenance on a hot water heater. I spoke to Michelle and Madison when I scheduled the appointment and during dispatch. They were very helpful and organized. Jake was the service technician. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kept my budget in mind when he made his recommendations. He did a fantastic job of communicating what was wrong (along with what was going well) with the unit. Jake even followed up the next day (unprompted) to inquire about the job. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I will most certainly use them in the future.

Joey was excellent, professional, kind and knowledgeable. We are so thankful that he came to help us with a bathroom pipe leak. Joey also gave a lot of good information on what to look for in regards to plumbing upgrades, what he suggested and even gave other recommendations for other local professionals for home fixes if we should need them.
