Ogle Heating & Cooling INC

I've had Ogle heating and cooling come out twice, once for an AC issue and the other for a heating issue, and both times they came out either that day or the next. They are so prompt and the service technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to contact them for service and recommend to anyone needing AC and heating services.

Recently our air conditioner wasn't working properly. We called Ogle Heating and Cooling and Mick came right over to check it out. It was a warranty issue, so they rushed a part. Called today because my gas furnace went out sometime yesterday/last night. I tried troubleshooting on my own and at first didn't figure it out. I called Ogle and Mick answered. He gave me some advice and offered to come out. He was transparent on weekend service charges and possibilities of not being able to source parts until weekday. I decided to wait till Monday to have them come out due to limited budget. He called again to offer me a space heater and come give the furnace a look just to get an idea. he was concerned due to storm weather moving. This company is not reputable. They installed a York Heat Pump. After getting paid $2500, they would not answer any questions when asked about why it wouldn't quit running when it reached temperature. They wanted another service call. Previously, they fixed? a propane stove which stopped working shortly after. The next service man said that the thermocouple was set to high and wasn't getting the flame. Also, the thermocoil was faulty and should have been changed.

Well ran business. I have used them for my personal as well as my business heating/cooling needs. All positive
