Pinnacle IT and in particular Joe has been good to work with. Started out with just protection from malware, ransomware and other nefarious things that comes through the web connections, but because he has done that so well we have also handed more of our IT work to Pinnacle. We use to have our own IT guy inside but things are not that simple anymore and we need a professional team. I would definitely recommend him and Pinnacle IT to anyone in need of IT services.
