Pinnacle Floors installed and finished our site finished floors when we built our home. We have been thrilled with them over the years. Recently, we had them out to repair a section of the flooring that was badly damaged when we moved some furniture. They did an outstanding job! We would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone.
From start to finish, Pinnacle Floors exceeded my expectation. Nick (Sales) is incredibly knowledgeable with their product offerings, was on time for the showroom meeting and subsequent house walk through, and quick to respond to questions. Emily (office) was informative and attentive with scheduling and other questions. Dan and Drew (installers) know their craft and did a wonderful job installing the Armstrong American Scrape Candy Apple Hickory and Vintage Hickory. Job well done Team Pinnacle!
From start to finish, Pinnacle Floors was fantastic! Nick was incredibly patient with me in the show room, and also very knowledgeable on all-things hardwood! The gentlemen that installed our floors were professional and neat. Overall, did a great job redoing the entire first floor of our house and the finished product is perfection. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and professional flooring company, I highly recommend Pinnacle!
