I have worked with Jordan and Creative Floors over the course of building two new homes and upgrades along the way and each time Creative Floors makes the process seamless. I have used Creative Floors for vinyl, engineered hardwood, LVP, carpet, rubber flooring, ceramic floor and surrounds and tile backsplashes. They do it all and they do it well! Each time from start to finish Jordan and his team did a great job of communicating, following up, and ensuring I was happy with the install. Creative Floors has an impressive showroom where they allow you to work with their team and pull as many samples as needed to ensure it is what you like and envision for your home. Even if you have an idea of inspiration and there is no sample available in the showroom, Jordan is happy to order it in for you to see. Jordan goes above and beyond to deliver for his customers and he has done so for me countless times. Once selections were made, I was constantly kept in the loop on lead times and when the install would take place. Jordan was always available to answer any questions along the way. Creative Floors’ installers are experts in their field and have the talent to delivery a quality install no matter what it may be. Jordan and his team have earned my trust and will continue to be the only company I use for my flooring needs.
