The guys came in. Ripped the old floor out. (Whole first floor and upstairs hallway. Bathrooms) Laid new floor all in one day. Came back the next day to finish up. Looks great. Nice guys. Did really good. Thanks

Jordan and his team are very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with from start to finish. I have worked with Jordan and Creative Floors over the course of building two new homes and upgrades along the way and each time Creative Floors makes the process seamless. I have used Creative Floors for vinyl, engineered hardwood, LVP, carpet, rubber flooring, ceramic floor and surrounds and tile backsplashes. They do it all and they do it well! Creative Floors has an impressive showroom where they allow you to work with their team and pull as many samples as needed to ensure it is what you like and envision for your home. Even if you have an idea of inspiration and there is no sample available in the showroom, Jordan is happy to order it in for you to see. Jordan goes above and beyond to deliver for his customers and he has done so for me countless times. Once selections were made, I was constantly kept in the loop on lead times and when the install would take place. Jordan was always available to answer any questions along the way. Creative Floors’ installers are experts in their field and have the talent to delivery a quality install no matter what it may be. Jordan and his team have earned my trust and will continue to be the only company I use for my flooring needs. Jordan cares about his customers and their satisfaction and stand behind his companies work. I have always been more than satisfied with the work Creative Floors has done and I appreciate how easy and smooth they make the process. I highly recommend Creative Floors!

Amazing experience with our rep, Rob. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and patient with our large first floor project. And Rob’s crew couldn’t have been better. They were speedy and courteous and did an outstanding job with the install. For this kind of customer experience, I would have expected to pay double!
