P & H
So, I read some of these reviews and some of them are not so nice. I learned a LONG time ago in my decades of work experience (owning a business and managing another) that a happy customer rarely tells anyone that they are satisfied. However, a dissatisfied customer will exaggerate their problem and try to hurt the business they are dissatisfied with. I also know that once a customer is pissed, there is NO making them happy. I am prefacing my review with this information because although others may have had a problem with this business, I would hate to think others wouldn't try them because of the negative reviews. Our world is ugly enough as it is! We don't need more slander against other people or their business because that hurts their livelihood. AND nobody is perfect. Perfect service would be in a perfect world, which we clearly are not. Furthermore, I don't have any idea what happened with the people who left bad reviews, above what they said, but here's a word to the wiser of people... if you have a problem, do not- I repeat, do NOT give the business a hard time! Again, from experience, the squeaky wheel does NOT get the grease. The customers who are patient and kind get served first! If someone complains from the start, there is nothing that is going to make them happy! So the kind, patient customers get the best and fastest service. Sorry folks, that's the way it's been for decades in the real world! Now, MY honest review, and my last name is not Pickett- which, by the way, there is NO way anyone can tell 'who' the reviews are left by- relatives or not! So the person who left that in their review, showed in even brighter light that you can't trust their review because THEY lied right there! See what I mean about disgruntled people. Anyway, my tv was having issues, obviously. Hisense sent out Mr. Pickett to repair it at my home on my schedule. He explained what he was doing the entire time he fixed it. He explained to me what part does what for my tv and informed me that he has been doing this with a college education for it and for 25 years! Yes, tv's aren't made like they used to be, but he has the intelligence to evolve with the technology changes through the years. Mr. Pickett made sure that my tv was operating properly before he left. He was professional, polite and answered all my questions, and I am very satisfied with the service I received. I would absolutely refer him and call him if I needed more service on my tv. TV's are pretty much throw-away's these days when they go bad, considering the prices of repair or replace. AND their technology changes so fast that a tv that is a few years old is already a bit out of date! Maybe people that need a tv fixed and need to send it out, should consider buying a new one instantly instead. If you can afford a $2500 tv, you can afford a new one, which by the way has a warranty. You can also buy an additional 4 year warranty at minimal cost. I understand I'm deferring some of Mr. Pickett's business away from him, but difficult people without patience need to do just that. Buy a new tv AND buy the additional warranty. As for me, my tv had a warranty from the manufacturer and it has an additional 4 year warranty after that. And in 4 years I will want a new tv anyway! Thank you, Mr. Pickett. My tv works great now! I hope Panda House is in your future!
