5 star to Jose who came and check out flooded garrage and crawlspace very helpful, and kind. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot our problem. Unfortunately, well pump and pressure tank responsible for the problem which they did not specialize on. Thankyou very much.
This is a great service. It covers electric air, your heating your plumbing, and they always send a picture of your technician and a little background about him which I truly find ideal cause I want to know who’s coming into my home. We moved here a year and a half ago and this is our second subscription to them. I give them five stars
My heater wanted it's pre Winter checkup. Appointment was scheduled quickly. Magic's scheduling crew kept in touch nicely. Technician John is very pleasant and did a great job. I renewed my Blue Star membership. They never disappoint.
I had multiple jobs going on at the same time but all were considerate of each other’s jobs and coordination of their work. All were very professional, considerate and friendly and also took time to explain to me the processes of each of their jobs. All answered my questions each step of the process as well as what to expect when the job was finished. Thank you all for jobs well done 👍🏻!!!!
The Magic team were great to work with! Big props to Ty! He replaced my old unsafe panel and got it updated to a 200 amp circuit at the same time in one day. The team was communicative and able to get me on the schedule quickly. Price was fair and Ty did quality work. He also took the extra time to help me label all my outlets and light switches. The Magic team made everything easy, thank you!
