I am SO GLAD I stumbled onto Phone Unbusters! When my IPhone screen decided to stop working, I searched online for somewhere to get the screen replaced. This place had such good reviews that I had to give it a try. Nick answered the phone, gave me a price, and when we showed up he was the nicest guy ever. He fixed it in 20 minutes and made sure we were satisfied with the service before charging us. I made sure to take some of his business cards so I could hand them out to friends and family. I would 100% recommend!!

Customer Service: Nick was communicative as HECK about the shipping status of my parts. He was very patient over the phone and was a delight to talk to while the work was being done. 1000/10 Environment: You ever walk in a shop and know that you're in good hands? Yeah. He's got the set-up of your tech-savvy uncle in a makers shop. Beautiful. 100/10 Service: I was not expecting to sit and watch the repair in progress. As someone who loves seeing how things work, this was satisfying. He had my battery swapped and port cleaned in less than 30 minutes. 100/10
