Great service, honest, affordable, very timely Had the heat break down at our place. Ross came out and fixed it up in less than two hours, same day. Fairly large repair and he fixed it in a way that improved the systems functionality and longevity. We had an electric Goodman heat pump with and Ecobee thermostat we got from Evergy. Ross seemed veryfamilar with our set up. Ross is great, give this guy a Christmas bonus, he deserves it! Not to mention, they came out two seperate times- this year- to evaluate our duct work. Ross is very friendly Ross went right to work and cleaned and serviced the cooling unit. Afterwards he informed me of the condition of the motor and contact points. This was just something I need to be aware of and keep an eye out. I appreciate Ross's knowledge and express service. I will recommend Dragonfly to anyone that asks me for a HVAC technician. Had a new water heater installed by Aric today. First I loved his mannerism, he was patient to explain things to me and answer questions I had. I think he represented Dragon fly well and was polite and knowledgeable.
