Phone Todd - Cell Phone & Computer Repair

Had the best experience at Phone Todd. I started at ubreakit because an employee there told me to bring in my MacBook pro to load the operating software. When I got to Ubreakit, a young employee said they dont do that and was real quick to dismiss me, I didnt tell him I already spoke to someone there. I think that person thought I stole the computer or didnt want to deal with me.. So instead I just headed over to Phone Todd and they was nice. They got my computer fixed in 1 hour and made me feel welcomed there. They are also very honest. I will only go here now for any of my tech needs. 5 Star 🌟 Service!

Update: Went back in and they took care of the issue and did a great job! (… & no stench from a previous customer (wink)) Not a bad place and can be helpful. Went in to have them relook at a phone that had just been repaired but still having an issue…. and the place reeked of weed. The guy gave some bogus excuse for why the phone was still messing up but didn’t care…just wanted out of weed stench. If you go in and it smells like weed…. You may want to take a pass on them repairing your phone. Maybe they’ll share their weed, but don’t give them your phone! We will be going to another Phone Todd location to have the phone looked at since it’s under their warranty.
