I cannot say enough about how outstanding this small business is. Kyle was professional and flexible, meeting me at my house to do the repair as well as giving me one of the most competitive prices in the city. He worked around my schedule and got the screen replacement done on my phone in under 20 minutes when other repair shops quoted me at a price $20-30 higher, told me their repairs would take at least 2-3 hours and of course, were not mobile and able to meet me (i.e. they wanted me to come to their repair store unlike iMobile CPR who will meet you). Thank you!!!! This was the best screen repair service I’ve ever used!! I reached out to iMobile CPR at 10:10am. The response was immediate, the pricing was transparent and the process was clearly communicated. They arrived at 11am as estimated and replaced my iPhone ProMax screen onsite. My phone was done in 10-15 minutes; it died immediately after the repair (totally my fault) and the technician sat with me for an additional 12 minutes without complaint charging my phone to ensure I was satisfied with the repair and didn’t walk away with a completely dead phone. This guy is amazing. My phones screen looked like I dropped it from Mars. He worked on it for 15 minutes, and it looked brand new! His commute to me was longer than the time he needed to work on the phone. Additionally, he was VERY REASONABLE with his rates. I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing their phone screen fixed.
