Everyone was so helpful! Our obscure stove brand oven did not work on installation. The company was out of business. Two other companies refused to even attempt repair. The whole crew at Appliance Gals did the research, found the parts needed and repaired the oven that is now working perfectly. Thank you Eunice, Reggie and Sharonda, you are the BEST!!!

I received excellent customer service when I spoke to Eunice and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Reggie was kind, courteous and thorough in handling the job—he was done in no time. I can’t recommend Appliance Gals highly enough. Sharonda was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. She called me right at 8:00 a.m. to say she was on her way, and arrived by 8:30 — no guessing or waiting around. She quickly diagnosed my issue (a faulty bake igniter), gave me clear part options with transparent pricing, and had the part installed in under 30 minutes. She also tested the oven, ensured everything worked, cleaned up her work area, and emailed me the invoice. Beyond the repair itself, Sharonda was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her work and empowering other women in the industry. Appliance Gals is a Black, woman-owned business, and it shows in the excellence of the service. This was hands-down one of the best home service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll be referring them to everyone I know!
I highly recommend The Appliance Gals for all your home appliance repairs. The entire team is very professional and the services are affordable and not over priced. We used them on two separate occasions (the washing machine had a leak and our stove stopped working after running self-cleaning mode) and each time they provided a high level of service that isn't typical for home repairs. I felt very comfortable and safe with them in my home as they worked on the repairs. This service is a true gem!!!
