They were contracted by my moving company for an insurance claim. They sent Zachary Aycock out to assess the damage and complete a report the moving company needed. Zach and Pete’s furniture have stopped responding to me and the moving company after many calls and voicemails. Not sure what the issue is but I would love for my claim to be settled. It has been over a month since Zach came to my house
First time needing furniture repaired, so cannot compare to other experiences or businesses in the area; but I had a very pleasant first experience with this business. Very friendly service all around from my initial phone call, drop off, and pickup. Turnaround time was great and when I had questions about similar issues my other dining chairs were having, the guy took the time to explain what was the most likely cause, which part to look at and replace and which tools to use to do it myself. A+ customer service! If I need another piece repaired in the future, I will definitely be returning.
I needed to have a family rocking chair repaired and refinished for my daughter, who is having her first child. I needed it done in a certain time frame due to my daughter moving out of state. Pete's Furniture Repair did a great job on the rocker, it looks like new! And they got it done right on time for a reasonable price! Will definitely use this business again. Thanks to everyone at Pete's for great service!
Zachary just came out today and did a fantastic job fixing the damage my last move caused to my dining room set. He came within the time window, was very polite and got right to work. Natalie was also great when I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to my schedule changing. From start to end it was a great experience and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Brian repaired tears in our mattress and damage to our armoire. He did a perfect job, was highly professional and very nice. I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing such work. Also, check out Brian's toolbox. It's awesome. He said he made it himself in 1974. And the company was started by his father (i.e. Pete). A true local family company.
