Butler Heating & Air Conditioning Repair

Had phenomenal service today from Butler Heating for our residential boiler (in a 100yo 4000+ sq ft home). We had been receiving suboptimal service from another company who claimed to be experts in boiler servicing. After ignoring an obvious issue for two years, we had been told yesterday by that company our only option was replacement. Feeling a second opinion was in our best interest, I called Butler and got a prompt appt for the afternoon. I am the facilities manager for a local church. When I got the job I found the HVAC systems was in need of work. Butler was amazing in bringing the facility back up to standards. They were extremely fast and efficient coming to the needs of the buildings. I want to thanks Chris the owner who personally made sure my needs where met. I also want to thank some of his techs. Tyler, Brandon, Wade and Keith. These guys know there stuff! Prompt, professional, cleaned up after jobs completed. I highly recommend this company A/C and boiler needs!

Butler truly saved me during a harsh winter weekend when both of my furnaces needed to be replaced. They were incredibly responsive, provided same-day service, and offered a very fair price. They even supplied space heaters while we waited for the new units to arrive. 10/10 — highly recommend!

I wouldn’t use another company! Christy, who takes your call, is so friendly! The techs I have had come out for repairs are very nice and knowledgeable. So great full for them getting my furnace repaired so quickly with these freezing temperatures outside. Butler is the best!
