I had a great experience with Perfection Heating when my heater unexpectedly went out due to age. Matt and Kyle came out and were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, friendly, quick but also took the time to explain what was going on and how they were going to fix it. You could tell they really cared about doing the job right and making sure everything was working properly before they left. Highly recommend this company every time!
Excellent experience from the service request to fixing my problem. Donnie Stading (Service Tech) diagnosed and repaired my furnace in a professional and timely manner. Donnie was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided some recommendations. Perfection has moved to the top of the list for future HVAC needs.

24/7 Service, actual person answers your phone calls, even before their normal hours of operation. Great update communication between Perfection and home owner. Technician let you know when they are in route to your place of residence. Please have your Heating And Air Conditioning system model number and serial number and brand name written down on a piece of paper before you call. They may need that information Prior to coming. Very efficient and thorough in their work. Satisfied customer.
