Brackett Heating & Air did a fantastic job. They were honest about what I actually needed, made helpful recommendations to improve my furnace’s lifetime and efficiency, and were incredibly thorough during their inspection. While in the crawlspace, they even caught a plumbing leak from another company’s recent install. Not only that, they took videos of the leak so I could clearly show and accurately explain the issue to the plumbing company. That level of detail and transparency meant a lot. I truly appreciated their professionalism and integrity. Highly recommend!

We had Brackett Heating & Air install our water heater last year, and they recently came back out for our one-year maintenance. Both experiences were excellent! Don was our technician and he was fantastic—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we were comfortable with the process. The installation went smoothly, and we’ve had zero issues with our water heater since. Everyone we’ve interacted with at Brackett has been helpful, responsive, and competent. It’s such a relief to work with a company that shows up on time, communicates well, and does quality work. We truly have no complaints and would absolutely recommend Brackett Heating & Air to anyone in the Evansville area! We will use them again in the future when we need other things!

New to Newburgh this past year and have used Brackett multiple times for updates and repairs and every interaction has been nothing but professional, timely, the office is excellent with follow up and communication, they always text when plumber is on the way and pricing has been reasonable. Office staff is quick to respond and when scheduling me for service. James Moore, has been to my home multiple times and done an excellent job. He is experienced, friendly, personable and takes the time to do the job right and never hesitates to make suggestions or make recommendations if something needs updated. Everyone I have encountered has provided excellent service and highly recommend Brackett for all your plumbing and HVAC needs!
