We had a new HVAC installed and we were very pleased. They showed up on time, got everything done promptly and professionally, and they were courteous. Before they left, they explained how the new thermostat works. All in all I cannot imagine any service like we had done, being done better. We highly recommend them.
I requested service online on a Sunday, received a call Monday morning to book service for the same day. Techs communicated when they were enroute. Arrived during scheduled time block. Took the time to troubleshoot step by step. Identified the cause of the problem and chased the part down to install and fix the furnace the same day. Great attitudes and knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends and family.
I used them for a sewer replacement and was very happy (as happy as you can be with something like that lol). Everyone who came to do the work was nice and respectful, Jacob let me know exactly what to expect and how long it would take, etc, and communicated anything that didnt go exactly according to plan. It was a messy job and it rained on top of that, they also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I also spoke with someone in the office at one point and she was very nice and helpful as well.
We just moved in to a new place that hadn't had gas service for over a year. With all the obstacles they faced they still had our furnace up and running in a few days. Highly recommend this company. It's nice to come across a company we can trust moving in to a new town.
I needed service on a Rheem Heat Pump Water Heater. It's new technology, and I was concerned I'd have a hard time finding a technician to work on it. (I purchased it from Home Depot). Cody with Brian Schmitt was very knowledgeable and capable. He worked with Rheem to get my free, under warrantee parts, and installed them. I understand Brian Schmitt's plumber is being specially trained to install the Hybrid Heat Pump water heaters. I'm thrilled our area has a place that sells, installs, and services this new incredibly efficient technology!! Cody also performed the fall preventative maintenance on my gas furnace.
