Getting a Samsung gas stove repaired is not an easy thing in this town, but Peak 406 Appliance Repair was awesome!!! Both Jirka and Laura were kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the process. Promises made, updates provided, and promises kept. The service was impeccable, and my stove now works better than ever. I highly recommend Peak 406 Appliance Repair, fair, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. You don't get any better than that.

So so very relieved and pleased with Jirka’s exceptional service. He fixed my dryer in less than an hour and was kind enough to answer all of my questions and explain what was happening and what failed. He even tested the heating element that I replaced on my own (thinking that was the issue) and discovered it was still good! He didn’t have to do that nor did he have to give me feedback about how to maintain my dryer and avoid buying after market parts in the future. Excellent service and person. I’m very thankful that I called. For a very reasonable price, I have a better understanding of the appliance and can finally do laundry with ease. I have used Peak 406 services twice and both times thought I received honest, reliable service. The first time, JIrka could have replaced a part on my gas oven, instead, he cleaned it so it would work and it's still working over a year later. The last time, my Bosch 800 series dishwasher started leaking. Because that series has a known part failure (repair paid for by owner) on top of my separate issue, Jirka told me it would be cheaper for me to buy a new dishwasher and gave me his recommendation. I appreciate his honesty. I will certainly use him again.
