Terrible experience with Culligan. Our house had a rental water softener put in that we were unaware of. Getting it removed was such a hassle, not to mention random price increases without notice. When we wanted to get it removed, they couldn't come for almost two months and wanted us to keep paying for services because of insufficient staffing on their end. Once the system was removed we STILL received bills from them for three months dated after the removal with late fees added for a system that wasn't in our house. They would not delete our card information and there was no portal for us to remove our information.Each time we talked to someone they assured us everything was deleted, only for us to be billed again. Would not recommend... we noticed no difference between our water with/without the softner. Huge waste of money and frustrating to communicate with, not to mention unethical billing practices

Did not need service prior to moving to Helena 2 years ago. Representatives were helpful and knowledgeable getting me set up. Service reps are friendly and considerate. I’m provided with accurate on time notification for service. Friendly customer service when I call in with questions.
