Ryan at PC Werx is incredible. I had a critical computer error that put five years of photos and videos of my children at risk, and I was completely panicked. Needless to say, those memories are priceless to me. Ryan was calm, insightful and truly an expert. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and handled the situation with zero judgment and complete professionalism. The service was beyond fast, responsive, and fair. I hope I never need data recovery again, but I am so grateful to know Ryan and PC Werx are there! Highly recommend!

Went here after seeing them pop up on the web for computer repairs in Hamilton/stoney creek area and they did a phenomenal job. The price was perfectly what I expected and the service was top notch. They also setup my business networking, security cameras, cyber security to prevent hackers from accessing our servers. Would 100% recommend to anyone & everyone!

Please don’t go anywhere else! Unfortunately, I had run into some issues after getting my laptop’s battery/ charging port replaced at a different business in Hamilton. Ryan fixed it for me quickly and at an incredibly fair price. He was very transparent about what work he was doing, explained everything clearly, and was super professional. Should I run into any other problems in the future, I will be returning here without hesitation. Thank you so much!!
