Nite Time Decor

One satisfied customer here! When my family moved into our new home and were figuring out how all the odds and outs of the place only to find that our lighting system was in extreme disrepair after trying my hand at fixing it myself and having zero success I took to the internet and found Nitetime Decor. I found their office staff to be friendly and polite they accommodate my schedule so I could meet with the technician (Ben) and go over the issues that i had and he quickly and efficiently found all of the reasons that nothing worked and how he was going to go about repairing it and how much it was going to cost me after I agreed he was off and had fixed in a matter of hours what I spent the better part of two days working on, needless to say I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone who has a lighting system. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They will rip you off. I called them to my house to look at a transformer that was not working. They sent some guys by, who were nice. The van had Nutri-lawn written on it. I guess they are the same company. It looked like they came from another job nearby as I've seen this van many times before in the neighbourhood. Anyways, the guys looked at the transformer and told me that they were not familiar with this transformer yet they continued to tinker with it. I stood by the whole time. They revealed to me that it wasn’t working. Gee thanks! Lol. I told them that I Know it wasn't working I just hoped that if they couldn't fix it that they would tell me how to or what is exactly wrong with it but they couldn't. Then I said I hope I'm not gonna be charged for this brief visit at which time they said they didn't know I would have to call the office. Then I got a bill in the mail asking for money! So I called them and explained that nothing was done and so I’m not sure why I’m being charged. She said we told you on the phone that there is a charge no matter what. I was never told that and let’s just say I was why would they want to be paid for doing essentially nothing? Today this lady called me that works there demanding payment. I started to explain the situation and she cut me off and said "I'm aware of your problem but you have to pay! She essentially had no explanation and just threatened me that they are sending it to collections like that’s some saving grace for them to rip people off. I will be fighting this rip-off charge. Bring it on! By the way the charge $54.00. That’s how greedy this company is! Great business plan to fight a customer for money you obviously don't deserve and risk a bad google review which hopefully will cost them a lot more. Btw, this happened a few months ago and I never posted a review till today after this rude phone call...stay away from this greedy company. One final note, this company advertises on there website of service calls but nowhere do you see a mention of a fixed charge.
