After reading positive reviews I unfortunately decided to take my laptop to icon. Beyond disappointment and regret I got my laptop back in a worse condition than when I took it to him and it is missing parts. awful customer service, promised many things like "I will call you back," "I will drop it off for you" and " i will look right into it" none of those are followed through and no calls were placed. When followed-up calls were made by me I was giving lame excuses like "it was late"," I forgot" and "who are you". I had to go back on multiple occasions in person just to get my property back. my laptop charging brick was missing as well was given a replacement because he lost it.I trusted the owner too much when I checked my laptop 2 months later found my hard drive my battery and one of my RAM sticks missing when I called inquire about it it got the same runaround "I will call you back" screws not put back in the right place . I originally dropped my laptop off in June took him a month that he had not looked at it yet. I don't have any explanation for why I got the bad service other than I identify as African. I look forward to a response maybe I will get it here .
