I came in and and they assisted me in getting windows 11 downloaded onto my usb with some other things. Very professional and polite people. They seem very knowledgeable i would definitely come in whenever I need to upgrade my pc part or if my pc has issues in the future even though they are much further away from where I live.
Had a resovoir pump fail on me causing high cpu temps. Called pc plug on a 2/9 Monday and dropped it off. They did their diagnostic the day after, and gave me suggestions and recommendations. Had it done by 2/11 Wednesday 😳. Super helpful and professional thank you to Lip and the team much mahalo 🤙🏽. Everything is running great now!
Needs more renovation lobby, bathrooms and concert hall. Sound was lousy, stage needs to be more luxurious for $200 -$300 tickets.
