First time customer and I must say that these guys are the real deal! I took my custom PC in for diagnostics and repair and I could not be happier with my choice. The guys at PC Plug took the time to listen to the issues I was having and made sure they had a full understanding of the issues at hand. They were very thorough with their diagnostic process, kelp me updated along the way, and even provided me a summary of how they solved the issue when I picked my PC up. The staff is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I will most certainly come back in the future for upgrades and repairs.
