I had a wonderful experience at the south Parkersburg store. Everyone was so willing to help as soon as we walked in the door. James was very helpful in helping me set my new phone up. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new phone.
I honestly could not be happier with my experience at Optimum on the Southside of Parkersburg, West Virginia. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. They took the time to fully understand my situation, review my previous services, and help me find the absolute best deal possible for my household. I switched over from AT&T, and the savings have been unbelievable. Not only did they get me an amazing discounted price on my 1 Gig internet, but they were also able to add two additional lines at an even deeper discount. Altogether, I am now saving around $300 every single month compared... I honestly could not be happier with my experience at Optimum on the Southside of Parkersburg, West Virginia. This store has helped my multiple times in so many ways. First when I switched from Verizon, the James was very helpful and the cost savings was financially huge. Along with having reliable service. I still had my verizon phone and over the holiday it glitched. I ended up having to get a new phone from the Optimum Store, in which Haileigh was very helpful. I then had issues with my google, in which she and James were fantastic helping & being patient with me and the issues. James was a hero and was able to get it set back up! I cannot be any more grateful for their services!
I absolutely would not recommend optimum mobile to anyone. I been fighting with them since i started with the in september. They charged me a outragious price since i purchased 3 lines with them. I am so tired of disputing the facts and what i was told my phone charge would actually be. September ordered 3 lines. 2 lines took two months to get sent to us in mail. Bought them based on set price i was told $150 all three lines. Early october i called to cancel 2 phones i was waiting to be delivered. Told me they couldnt cancel the phone delivery i would have to reject them on delivery. Which is absolutely what i should have done in hindsight. B... But the supervisor customer care rep told me he could take a additional 20 dollars off the bill each month for remainder of phone contract. I was so mad i they couldnt just cancel it right then. I said no thank you. But by end of conversation he said if i change my mind i could call back if i decided to keep the phones. He said he would make a notation on the account. So after a few weeks we thought about it. And decided to keep them if they would lower bill by 20 dollars a month give them a try. Well called got run around claiming i dont have a bill yet for them to go by yet i would have to wait. But he aggreed and also said he would make a notation.. well phones finally came late october. So i called to make sure they are going to honor the $20 off original bill charge quote of $150 mind u when u do a phone with them u get nothing in writing till the bill comes. This customer service lady gave me the run around never addressing my problem, just kept pushing a free upgrade on me its all she cared about. Finally sick of her going on and on about this great offer. Which by the way i didnt listen to her speach. I did ask a few questions but she said it was free so why not give it a try. I accepted like a dummy. And whamo first bill comes with all 3 lines in at $198. I was furious. So i called. Two hours later after argueing pointing out every detail explaining every conversation in past. After she talks to supervisor. She finally tells me ok your bill will be $130 before taxes and fees. Wasnt perfect but i got tired of argueing by then. She mentioned something about a credit agreement. Im like whats this ao said we agree to give you 20 credit off your phones if u sign the agreement. I said if we sign does this mean our bill will be $130 for now on plus tax. And your telling me i will get a $20 dollar credit. She says yes. Ok so today i got a text message on my phone saiying your new bill is $355.54 cents do on December 31 2025. I go to account and sure enough its $355.54 and there is the $20 credit i was told about. But they charged me a $200 dollar fee of some sort about credit Im like those lieing you know whats. So guess what ill be doing tomorrow or monday now So No i absolurely do not reccommed them to anyone. Worst company out there. Oh and u can not get video files or audio files through there text messaging.. says file is to large. I dont even think u can send a large file either. And i have a 1 gig service line. Im assuming wifi usage. Stick with well known companies rather then these cracker heads. Not worth the headache terrible customer service for me so far. I say no to optimum mobile they are awful
I have had there internet for almost a year, I just got there cell phone service and I can say both of them was a mistake to get, internet is slow, and they say there phone service is unlimited but it’s not was told I would have 300 dollars credited to my account for internet that still hasn’t showed up in my bill, don’t get a bill for phone service, they don’t like answering questions when you, I do not recommend them for ANYTHING! Now they are trying to keep me as a customer and will not give me a code to transfer my phone 🤬 They will be hearing from me again and will keep hearing from me , will be switching phone company’s again
