Two good experiences- 1. A prior tech was unable to upgrade windows 10 to 11 citing barriers he couldn't solve. I called Mr Le, he was very can do positive. He loaded Windows 11 and preserved all my data and apps of my pc. Super smooth. led to 2- Lots of pictures on a crashed hard drive that several other people I talked to did not seem at all competent in the area. Again, Mr Le was way positive and professional. He retrieved all this missing data, a feat no one else was able to do.
