Steve was professional, responsive to my input/questions, and explained what he'd discovered during this initial visit/evaluation. He sprayed both inside and outside my home, and left box traps for any possible rodents. As well, he let me know he would get me an estimate re: the cost to return and seal up several areas on one side of my home/roof, potentially allowing "things" to get in. I really appreciated his thoroughness and reassurances.

NO MORE RODENTS IN MY NEW HOME ATTIC! New to Prescott, I was blessed by a referral from my neighbor in Whispering Canyon. Patriots has Amazing customer service! First call to Patriots I Spoke with JACKIE. I could hear her smile over the phone. She listened completely, very compassionate to my needs. Jackie arranged for an inspection at our house, the very next day. Jackie explained completely what to expect during the inspection so I was aware, no surprises. She made me feel at ease and in great hands! CHRIS GRAVES, the inspector who came out to our house, was very professional, and a great listener. Highly intelligent and willing to take the extra step to help put your concerns at rest. Chris Graves inspected inside our house, climbed in the attic and outside. Chris found areas of concern and addressed and handled them. We signed up for rodents and pest control throughout the year. I can now rest in peace at night. Thank you, Jackie and Chris Graves!
