I am a full-timer in a small camper trailer. At times, I depend on my generator. I could get it to fire, but not run. I brought it to Kevin and immediately knew I went to the right shop. With good humor, professional service, in short order, and at a reasonable price, Kevin had it purring like a kitten. I took my Troy Bilt snowblower to Kevin. First time customer. He did a masterful imspection, overhaul and maintenance check. He is extremely knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to service his customers. He tells you exactly what he did and why and is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend PVSE shop to anyone in need of maintenance on their equipment.
Kevin was very helpful to me in picking out a lawn string trimmer. He showed me that the Echo line is in many ways superior to Stihl and a better value for the money, which he knows from his many years of experience in small engine repair. He told me what model to buy and where, and helped me set it up and break it in. I also bought trimmer line from him. His is an old school business giving personal assistance and expertise that you don't find much anymore. The business has been in operation for over 42 yrs and Kevin learned everything from his father and his extensive technical education. I highly recommend Kevin.
I took my Ryobi generator to the shop and he fixed it correctly in a speeding manner and the charge was fair. I would definitely use this service again. The owner was very friendly and helpful he even loaded the generator into my truck.
