Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever use them again. We paid 159.00 got our house ready, according to the check list they emailed me for them to spray for fleas. The technician I think his name was Martin was supposed to call before he arrived he didn't and I wasn't home but thankfully my husband and daughter were home. My family especially my husband worked really hard following and checking off things from their check list to prepare our house. Appears very professional, never showed up and had to rescheduled. Gave me discount for the inconvenience. They did the treatment from the outside. However, my master bathroom where the termite originated from and very much destroyed the wood etc. I have been asking to Robbie and Zack if they did the treatment for master bathroom from the inside. Robbie, try to reschedule but I have no answer. Called the office, still waiting. It has been over two weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone. My service was handled by Prescott office.

Needed service call all 3 local companies. Truly Nolan was only one that actually answered the phone (real person) and set me up for inspections. They arrived on time and did the inspection. Had the service done and I am very happy. Techs were friendly. Explained everything and listened to my concern's and answered questions.
