Papillion Glass & Door

We recently used Papillion Glass & Door after buying our new home to replace two bathroom mirrors and had a great experience. When they removed one mirror, we discovered mold behind it. Instead of just moving on, they recommended a mitigation company and came back once everything was properly taken care of. They also worked around our schedule, which we really appreciated during a busy move. The new mirrors look great and the whole process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend them if you need glass or mirror work done!

Honestly I had high hopes after being recommended by a wonderful young lady at Fish Freaks for a custom fish tank lid. They came out in October 2025. Since that day it has been such a hassle trying to get any communication going. I had to email multiple times, call multiple times. Finally over two weeks ago I was told one week before install. Since then nothing. I emailed again today and was told the owner had me scheduled for install next week.. I was not contacted or asked if this date even worked for me and the email communication was dismissive. ZERO communication unless you the customer initiate, at least in my case. Maybe I was small fish in a big pond of orders. But $400 for a custom tank lid is no small price. I wish the experience would have been better but unfortunately was treated as an after thought starting as soon as the tech left from getting measurements. So I had to part ways.
